Mike Bonin

Managing Director - Handset Testing

Mike was appointed Managing Director of Anite’s Handset Testing business in May 2009, having previously been responsible for leading our Handset Testing strategy and day-to-day management of the business units. Mike brings strong strategic and operational leadership, together with extensive industry experience, to his new role.

Before joining Anite, Mike was Chief Executive Officer of the TEMS Business Unit at Ericsson, and Senior Vice President of the Wireless Solutions Division at LCC International.

Mike holds a BSc in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Paul Beaver

Business Unit Director

Paul is responsible for Anite's 3GPP business, including strategy, roadmap and product development. Paul joined Anite in 1997, has held a number of positions in the company, most recently Director of Marketing, and has been instrumental in developing Anite’s strategy to address the development market.

Paul graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Chemistry.

Pax Andersson

Global Sales Director

Pax’s lengthy career in the IT industry began with 17 years at IBM before his move into the telecoms sector. Positions he has held include General Manager, Group Managing Director and Vice President Global Sales, in companies including 3Com, Timplex, Network365 and Call Sciences. In 2009 Pax left Telsis to take up his current position as Anite’s Global Sales Director.

Andrew Greenwood

Finance Director

Andrew was appointed Finance Director of Anite’s Handset Testing business in August 2010. Before joining Anite, Andrew held senior Financial Management positions in Novell, Orange and AEA Technology. In addition to his financial responsibilities Andrew also manages customer and supplier contracts, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Manchester and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Richard Jacklin

Business Development Director

Richard joined Anite in 2007 to manage the SAS product line. He has since become Business Development Director, responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic growth initiatives. His extensive career in wireless telecoms has included roles at many leading companies including Samsung, Ericsson and RFI-Global.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the IET, and holds an honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.

David Eadie

Supply Chain Director

David was appointed Supply Chain Director in December 2011. Before joining Anite, David worked for two of the leading global manufacturing companies, Sun Micro Systems and Raytheon Defence Systems. He has held senior positions in Operational, Logistics as well as Supply Chain disciplines. As well as managing Anite’s end to end supply chain, David also heads Anite’s Quality Department.

David is a member of the Institute of Operational Managers (MIOM) as well as a board member for the Institute of Operational Management (Scotland). He also sits on the Advisory Board for Adam Smith College (Business School)
