The business is profitable and cash generative, and the company has long benefited from a strong balance sheet. We have a high margin business model, with around 30% of recurring revenues, and our customer base is global, blue chip and tier 1. We have a strong management team focused on delivering shareholder value and committed to a progressive dividend policy.
